Cancellation Policy At Divine Beauty, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our esthetician's schedules, we have a cancellation policy in place. * You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. * If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, a charge of 20% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file. * This policy is strictly enforced, with no exceptions.
